FTI bi-annual awards

The Dahlgren Division of Future Technologies, Inc. (FTI), headquartered in Fairfax, Va., presented their bi-annual awards on Thursday, July 22. The luncheon ceremony was held at the Integrated Warfare Systems Laboratory at Naval Support Facility (NSF) Dahlgren. Employees were recognized in seven different categories for outstanding performance and service during the period of January 1 – June 30. Certificates were also presented to employees who maintained perfect attendance during the award period.

Top honors of the day went to Ms. Alisa McCullough and Mr. Christopher Spillman. Ms. McCullough was awarded FTI’s Superior Performance award, recognizing her superior performance, customer service, and initiative. Alisa has been with FTI since July 1999 and works as a Lead Sr. Access Control Clerk on FTI’s contract with the Integrated Warfare Systems Laboratory (IWSL) with Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Dahlgren. Mr. Spillman was recognized as outstanding rookie for outstanding performance and dedication during his first year with FTI. Chris began working for FTI in September of 2009 and currently works as a Junior Delivery Staging Technician on FTI’s contract with the Integrated Warfare Systems Laboratory (IWSL) with NSWC Dahlgren.
